What a chore it was to research local wineries... the drive through NE Ohio's lush landscapes, or a quick trip into the city... the food, the tastings, the bottles we lugged home. Very tough research. But the results are in and there's plenty of time this summer (or fall, if you prefer) to visit Cask 307 in Madison, Chateau Hough in the heart of Cleveland, and Maize Valley in Stark County. Oh, and Vino Veritas in Old Brooklyn, too.
